Frequently Asked Questions

About Seasoned Times Membership

1.

What does membership include?

Members receive daily email surprises, a subscription to our printable publication “Age Adds Flavor,” and other materials tailored to the interests and needs unique to those of us in our “seasoned” years.

Our membership club is designed for baby boomers, seniors, and anyone over 55. It’s a perfect resource for aging-related groups and organizations, like senior centers, agencies on aging, public libraries, senior living communities, friendship circles, rehab/skilled nursing facilities, etc.

Membership is all about supporting  healthy, wise, and happy aging. It’s about entertaining people, informing them, and helping them feel positive about getting older.  Everything is delivered via email, and all materials are individually crafted and designed with great care.

Each subscription also helps support Seasoned Times as a trusted and valued resource for seniors and the organizations serving them.

2.

How is the monthly membership fee paid?

Your membership fee is collected on a monthly basis. Monthly billing is automatic on the same date on which the first payment is made. Your monthly subscription fee will NEVER increase as long as you maintain your membership.

Credit card payments are handled securely through the trusted online payment service PayPal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. You do not need to have an account with PayPal. Below is an explanation of how to subscribe without a PayPal account.

3.

When will membership begin?

Membership begins once a membership subscription has been made and processed. It usually takes a day or two. From then on, you’ll receive regularly scheduled emails sent directly to you from shine@seasonedtimes.com. Make sure to add our email to your trusted email addresses or address book.

4.

Can membership be canceled at any time?

Yes. Memberships may be canceled easily through PayPal. Cancelling your membership terminates all future scheduled payments for your subscription. You will continue to receive emails until your previous payment has expired. A membership can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged. If you decide to cancel your membership, we hope you’ll take the time to let us know why so we can continue to improve the membership experience.

5.

Can a group or organization join under one membership?

Absolutely. One membership is all that’s needed to share our emails and materials with the people served by a single group or organization. Special financial arrangements are made for larger umbrella organizations that include numerous facilities.

6.

Are copies limited?

All materials may be printed in any amount needed with a Seasoned Times Membership. Credit must be given to Seasoned Times.
